Project Management
We utilize client-focused project management techniques and strategies to manage the planning, design and construction of your project, from concept through to completion. These include concept, planning and program management; design team, vendor and contractor procurement; design phase management; construction monitoring; and move coordination.
Construction Management
Scalable oversees the execution of the work onsite, providing oversight and coordination of the project’s schedule, cost, quality, safety, scope, and function. Tasks include preconstruction, construction, closeout and warranty management and Day 2 support.
Consulting
Scalable also provides a variety of expertise in the built environment field. This experience includes project cost estimating; construction claims support for change orders, schedule delays, and additional costs; pre-acquisition due diligence; lender support services; and advisory roles.
