Paul is a highly effective, committed Construction Management professional in the commercial construction arena. He possesses a strong capacity to mentor and manage teams on multiple projects within strict timelines— with an emphasis on resource management, budget adherence, risk mitigation and quality assurance. He is an expert in the Portland Metro Area construction market with an emphasis on adaptive re-use, seismic strengthening, low-rise buildings and tenant improvement projects. Paul is highly adept at contract review and administration as well as value engineering and local regulations and requirements.
Shannon Walsh | Director of Business Development
With a diverse background in business operations, marketing and business development, Shannon brings 25 years of experience to the construction industry. She believes in developing strong and lasting relationships with clients and the community. Shannon assists with establishing and developing marketing and development strategies as well as acts as community liaison ensuring that Scalable fosters and cultivates equity and creates a positive social impact.
Scott Nobel | Director of Project Management
Scott has successfully managed more than 1.5 million square feet of renovation and new construction. He has staked his reputation on tenaciously seeing projects through the complicated and challenging construction process. Scott has deep experience with mass timber projects, including The Radiator, and the recently completed cross-laminated timber mixed-use project, Carbon12. His project experience spans residential, multifamily, hospitality, high-rise, mixed use, educational, industrial, new construction, renovation, and seismic upgrades.
Taylor Riso | Director of Marketing
With more than 10 years of A/E/C industry marketing experience, Taylor develops and supports the firm's market strategies and business development. She brings a high-level of precision, strict attention to detail and experience working across the Pacific Northwest. Her focus is on devising the strategic vision and plan and overseeing the creative engine that fuels it all.
